Namun, masih ada beberapa kelemahan yang dimiliki sistem videoconference tradisional yang tidak mampu menyelesaikan beberapa permasalahan yang muncul dalam penggunaan sistem tersebut. Permasalahan utama yang terjadi adalah sistem konferensi videoconference tradisional tidak memiliki konsep visualisasi seperti spatial atau tiga dimensi. Teknologi visualisasi menggunakan efek tiga dimensi jika dikombinasikan dengan teknologi dalam perangkat videoconference dapat menciptakan konsep meeting secara virtual namun dengan menghadirkan suasana meeting layaknya bertemu secara langsung.
